Please pray for all politicians, that they may oppose gay marriage, prostitution and euthanasia bills that are coming before parliament and that they would have the courage to withstand any bullying tactics by lobby groups who are pressuring them to accept an agenda that is not in the interests of our Australian community. Please pray that they preserve the freedoms Australians have; such as freedom of speech and religion. Thank you.

Please pray for people to recognize sin. God's word is truth and man's word can be lies. Satan is smart and strong at this time in history and is deceiving people with good intentions to do wrong. Lets pray for people to find their way back to Jesus because only through Him and prayer will they come to know what is sin in this modern world.

I'm a long haul driver, sick of being attacked through pornographic images everywhere. It is wearing me down physically and spiritually. It is affecting my prayer life and thus my ability as a spiritual leader and protector of my family. This one is not the ordinary daily temptations; but, all-out brazen attacks that are also manifesting themselves in physically impossible acts; such as beams leaning on the truck, lifting up and hitting me . I'm calling for any prayer warriors on this one.

Please pray for a 17 year old girl from our Church who was knocked down by a car on Monday 27th September. Her name is Grace and she and her parents and brother attend our Church. Grace has been very badly injured in the accident, and her condition is critical. She has suffered very severe head injuries and is currently in an induced coma in the hospital. The Doctors gave her parents very little hope, but 4 days on Grace is still with us and fighting hard for her life. She has started to show some positive signs; but it is likely to be a long haul, so please pray for a miracle. Please pray for calm and God’s peace for her parents and family. Her mother witnessed the accident so please pray that she remains strong. Please also pray for the doctors, nurses and other medical staff involved in Grace’s care and treatment. Many people are already praying for Grace. Prayers are being posted on social networking sites such as Facebook, even strangers are praying when they hear about her. Please spread the word about Grace's plight and ask as many people as possible to pray for Grace and her family. Please ask God for a miracle and to help Grace recover fully from the awful injuries she has received.

My husband was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in April. He has undergone chemo- and radiation-therapy. Through this, he has found a true relationship with our Lord Jesus and not just a mental knowledge. For that I am thankful. God has had him in the palm of his hand and he has tolerated this treatment with little side effects although this has not been easy. His last PET scan showed no hot spots or active cancer but it is still recommended that he have surgery to remove his esophagus. He is scared to death despite his faith and prayers. Our hope is that God would perform a healing miracle so that the surgery and life style change would not be necessary. If he should allow this surgery to be performed, we are standing in faith that all will be well and he will be cured. My husband is 58. Due to this disease, my husband was forced to retire. Thankfully, he has been approved for disability. These payments will not begin until December and we have taken measures to reduce our financial load. So far, God has blessed us and provided but by my eyes and finite mind, this money will not last past another month or two. I feel maybe it would be best to sell our house, horses, and goats and downsize to a more affordable dwelling which requires less upkeep, time and would allow us more financial stability. I have a high pressure job but thankfully, understanding cohorts have been supportive and tolerant of my absences when necessary. The pressure I feel at this time is overwhelming and I feel myself succumbing at times into a place of "just let me hide in a corner and let the world leave me alone". I have asked Jesus to guide me, strengthen me and show me the best course of action and to bless that action and give me the strength to do what I need to do. Please God, help us. In Jesus name.

Please pray along with me: Lord, thank you for overseeing my son’s life at the Mission. May my son continue to follow the direction of the Mission guides as he learns new options and patterns of choices. I pray that my son continues to develop his understanding of Christianity. May he realize that adherence to Christian principles will aid him in making better decisions and give him a framework of morals and values. Thank you, Lord, for each day of sobriety as each additional sober day makes it easier for my son to attain another one. Even with minimal communication from a distance, I notice the results of the Mission program and I pray that my son follows the advice and suggestions he is given. Bless the Mission staff for all of their efforts and compassion. Amen.
